About
We use a proprietary RF plasma technology to unbind and collect precious metals and rare earth elements (“RRE”) from encapsulation in complex ores, tailings, and mineral sands. Certain types of ore material could be totally altered or recombined into different physical structure by processing through a RF plasma torch or reactor at ultrahigh temperature. It is like a new state-of-the-art roasting method to detach and collect precious metals that are encapsulated by other more visible base metals (such as lead, copper, nickel, zinc, etc.) and unrecoverable using conventional methods.

Our plasma technology provides the solution to this inherent problem. The potential gain in ore value and income can be substantial.
Vision

We aim to be the key provider of plasma solutions to niche markets in mining, horticulture, waste-to-energy, and natural gas sectors. Our first market niche is the mining sector where our unique plasma technology is used to unbind and thus collect encapsulated precious metals and other elements from encapsulation in complex ores, tailings, and mineral sands. In nature, there exists an abundance of precious metals and other important elements in complex ores that cannot be processed and retrieved using conventional hydrometallurgy or pyro metallurgy. These complex ores contain interference elements that not only defy processing but also are difficult to identify and collect using standard analytical techniques. Typically, standard fire assay results would only detect minor amounts (<5%) of precious metals. The primary reason to apply RF plasma technology to mineral ore processing is to gain higher recoveries (generally >90%) than that can be otherwise achieved from conventional techniques, thus increasing ore valuation.
Plasma does not transmute common base metals into precious metals. If the initial ore does not contain encapsulated precious metals, plasma cannot increase the value of this ore. Further, if the ore contains non-complex “free” gold or silver, using plasma will not increase the weight of the gold or silver. It is the pgm or gold/silver encapsulated in the complex ore that demonstrates the biggest (5-100 times or more) difference between pre-plasma and post-plasma standard assays.
Our goal is to pave the way for mining companies and mine operators to tap into heretofore underdeveloped and undervalued assets in complex ore mines thereby substantially increasing their bottom-line earnings and stockholder value.
